Saint Clement School’s Early Childhood programs provide meaningful learning experiences for children and families from the earliest years through Kindergarten. Through play, exploration, faith formation, and nurturing relationships, we help children build confidence, curiosity, and a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Wee Wolverines (Birth–Age 3)
A weekly parent/caregiver playgroup for our youngest learners
Wee Wolverines is a welcoming playgroup for infants and toddlers, along with their parent or caregiver. This weekly 1½-hour gathering gives young children the opportunity to explore, play, create, listen to stories, sing songs, and socialize in a warm and engaging environment.
Families enjoy age-appropriate activities while building friendships and becoming part of the Saint Clement community.

PreK2 Parent & Caregiver Program
A first classroom experience shared together
Our PreK2 Parent & Caregiver Program introduces two-year-olds and their caregivers to a structured early learning environment at Saint Clement. Through hands-on activities, play-based exploration, stories, movement, and social experiences, children begin developing important early skills while caregivers participate alongside them.

Saint Clement School’s pre-kindergarten program is a dynamic blend of experiential learning and academic readiness. Catholic Kindergarten
A healthy balance of work and play
Our private Kindergarten curriculum addresses the needs of the whole child - their intellectual, social/emotional, creative, physical, and spiritual development. Teachers combine their knowledge with students' interests to promote an academically rich and creative environment. Because young minds are highly inquisitive, our Kindergarten emphasizes the basics - language arts, literature, religion, social studies, science and mathematics. Weekly classes in Spanish, music, art, physical education, and technology complete our program.
Opportunities are continually available for individual and collaborative learning as each child's skills are developed. Weekly, hands-on experiences in not only the core content areas, but also in the fine arts allow our students to become well rounded as we continue to build a positive foundation for their learning and curiosity to grow.
We have high expectations for our students, and they constantly surprise us with their attitudes and achievements at an early age. Social skills and conflict resolution based on the Responsive Classroom philosophy are modeled daily.
We are always mindful that a child's early years are critical in forming attitudes toward God, themselves, others, and learning. The fact that kindergarten is self-contained enables these attitudes to develop in safe and positive ways. Faculty members come to know each child's strengths and weaknesses very well, and continually create opportunities for support, guidance, and tools for growth.
