Before School Care 2023-2024
Saint Clement plans to offer Before Care to families seeking school-based childcare prior to the start of each school day, beginning at 7am. Attendance is performed on a drop-in basis, there is no pre-registration required. Please contact Administration for more details on Before School Care.
After School Care 2023-2024
Our regular After School environment is not intended to contain high-powered curriculum and instruction, nor concentrated enrichment programming. More open-ended than the regular school day, After School offers a variety of mixed-age group activities, as well as quiet time for independent reading, games, or homework. Free-choice, free-play, cross-age social interactions, and space for psychological decompression are essential to healthy social and emotional development in children.
Outdoor play is offered and encouraged throughout the seasons, including both free play and pick-up sports games on the rooftop playground, in the lot, and in the gymnasium. Self-directed choice is encouraged for all children; scaffolded choices are applied where developmentally and individually indicated. The program is supervised by part-time and full-time staff members who are committed to providing a fun, caring, empowering, and safe setting for students of all ages to come and play, grow, learn, relax, create, and make new friends!

After School Attendance
We use a GoogleForm for parents to sign their child(ren) up for After School on a week-by-week basis. This form is used to standardize dismissal plans schoolwide: for all students, across all grades.
Please submit your form by Friday 11:59pm before each week. If you are submitting your form during the same week you plan to utilize After School, please indicate with the *Late Submission* option. Late submissions may be subject to penalty.
The best way to alter your child(ren)’s After School attendance (change of plans, made in error, game-day decisions) is to email students’ classroom teachers and cc Mr. Steve, afterschool@stclementschool.org. Attendance sign-up is non-binding. Currently, rates are not billed until a student attends the program.

Extended Day Program Rates
Program Billing Information
Extended Day Care will be billed monthly directly to your FACTS account on file. Extended Day Care and Enrichment classes are offered only to families who are up-to-date with their tuition payments. Questions regarding billing should be directed to Helena Tylka at htylka@clement.org. A registration fee of $50.00 per child is REQUIRED for all students. It will be refunded at the end of the year if the program is not used.
